Reducing manual reporting load at a Bangkok logistics operation
The Challenge
A mid-sized freight coordination company was spending an estimated 60+ staff hours weekly on manual reporting across depot operations — data entry, status collation, and summary formatting that had never been systematically reviewed for automation potential.
What Orithen Did
Conducted a 2-week automation audit covering 14 distinct workflow types. Interviewed 8 team leads, reviewed existing system outputs, and produced a priority matrix distinguishing 6 tasks well-suited to automation from 5 that remained better served by human handling.
Outcome
The client implemented the top 3 priority recommendations over the following quarter, reducing manual reporting effort by approximately 35–40 hours per week. The matrix also helped them avoid automating two workflows that would have created compliance risks.

Thai-language sentiment analysis for a retail customer feedback backlog
The Challenge
A regional retail chain had accumulated over 80,000 unprocessed customer feedback records in Thai across two years of operations. Manual review was impractical, and the generic sentiment tools they had trialled produced poor accuracy on Thai-language slang and regional vocabulary.
What Orithen Did
Developed a custom sentiment classification system validated against a sample of the client's actual feedback content. The 7-week engagement included needs assessment, model development, testing, and integration into the client's existing reporting pipeline, with documented benchmarks.
Outcome
The classification system achieved 88% accuracy on the validation set — substantially higher than the generic tools previously trialled. The client's CX team processed the full backlog within the first month and now uses the pipeline for incoming feedback on a weekly basis.

Board-ready AI roadmap for a professional services group
The Challenge
A professional services group of around 400 staff was under pressure from leadership to develop an AI adoption plan. The challenge was that no one on the executive team had a clear view of what AI could realistically address in their specific operational context, nor what investment level would be appropriate.
What Orithen Did
A 4-week strategy engagement with six senior leaders across operations, finance, and technology. Produced a visual roadmap, investment priority guidance with three-tier scenarios, risk considerations, and a quarterly review structure the leadership team could use independently.
Outcome
The roadmap was presented directly to the board and approved without significant revision. The group allocated budget for two of the three recommended near-term initiatives, and used the quarterly review structure during the following two planning cycles.
